AG Place LA...HELP!

Me and some AG loving friends were planning that we would go to AG Place LA on a weekend near the middle/end of May 2006. But now we were thinking that maybe it wont even be open [img]rolleyes.gif[/img] [img]eek.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img]

Does anyone have ANY idea when it will be open for sure? All the lady at custemer service could say was 'Spring 2006!' [img]mad.gif[/img]

I would wait a few more months if you can. You just never know what building problem them may run in to.

Have no fear prsanlrd is here!

I plan to make another scouting trip down in a couple weeks. I plan to go on a week day and mid-day when someone is there. Hopefully I can get in a few questions to some workers or someone there. They have the place pretty secretive and "hush, hush" looking...but when has that ever stopped me...mwahahaha!!! [img]tongue.gif[/img]

My family is also hoping to take a trip to California in early May. We're hoping that the American Girl place will be open by then. I know that on the AG site they mention that more information regarding reservations, etc. will be available this fall. I keep hoping that they'll have more information soon so we can plan our trip a bit better. If anyone gets any 'inside scoop', please post it as soon as you can! - Meg B.

If it was not in LA [img]graemlins/music.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/music.gif[/img] "Monster Traffic" [img]graemlins/music.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/music.gif[/img] , I would consider a little part time, but alas it is 60 miles west of me and the traffic getting there is [img]graemlins/gulp.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/gulp.gif[/img] ...I'll put it this way...the next time I do go down there it will be on the train (METROLINK)

PrasnLrd, I doubt your hubby would let you . . .mine wouldn't, he'd jsut see my paycheck getting re-invested in American Girl! I'd take him to the cleaners on that discount.

The date is not yet set for the opening due to construction on the store still. You should keep your eyes on the American Girl Place Website after the Holidays and there should be more info on there.
